You don’t expect to see an 81-year-old man running a snack stall on a busy Mumbai street, but that is exactly where you will find Mansukh Dada every morning, calmly preparing fresh farsan in Borivali West. Life did not give him an easy ride. He spent years working at a saree shop, but when the pandemic hit, he lost his job. His son was laid off, too.
