No matter where I go in Newport and Islwyn, more often than not, the conversation turns to the dreaded 20mph speed limit policy, which was pushed through by Labour and their nationalist Plaid Cymru chums.

Sometimes it's about the costs involved or the heavy-handed way it was rolled out, other times it's about the frustration it's causing or the damage it's doing to our economy.

Every now and again, I will come across someone who is fully supportive of the 20mph policy, but it is a very rare occurrence.

For the most part, people are angry when it comes to the 20mph speed limit........
