As the end of term draws nearer, I’m again reflecting on a busy few weeks, and there have been some exciting updates and announcements, which I’m very pleased to share with you.

One of the most significant announcements this month is the Welsh Government’s reform of the NHS Wales complaints process. From my chats with constituents, it’s been clear that the Putting Things Right process isn’t serving people the way it should. From April 2026, NHS Wales will follow a two-stage model: Listen and Act, and Investigate, Report and Learn.
