'Well-loved' two-screen cinema in bustling town up for sale

A two-screen cinema in the bustling town of Abergavenny, known as the 'gateway to Wales', is up for sale.

Baker Street Cinema, a well-loved venue for mainstream and indie films, is being marketed by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.

The cinema is housed in a period property on Baker Street, originally built in 1896 as a drill hall.

Over the years, this historic building has served various purposes, including as a dance hall and a DIY shop, before being transformed into a cinema in 2010.
