A huge change to the release of Coronation Street and Emmerdale episodes will take place from today (June 30).

The two ITV soaps announced that episodes broadcast that night are now available on YouTube from 7am.

It follows the early release of episodes on ITV’s streaming platform ITVX from October last year, as part of ITV’s strategy to offer viewers the “ultimate choice in how they watch”.
