A massive Santa Clara office campus once slated to become Airbnb’s South Bay hub is preparing to host a new occupant.

Cybersecurity company Zscaler has signed a sublease agreement with Airbnb for the two-building property at 4301 and 4401 Great America Parkway — about 300,000 square feet of office space that the short-term rental company originally leased in 2020.

The campus includes twin 150,000-square-foot buildings linked by a skybridge and dotted with terraces that are just down the street from Levi’s Stadium, according to
