It’s a generation thing
Can you believe we are already into the second month of 2024?
When you listen to or watch the news one has to wonder if we are moving forward, progressing, looking to the future or backing up. It is heartbreaking to see what is happening in our world. What those seeking power and control will do is terrifying.
Watching what is going on in our neighbour to the south is terrifying. I don’t know what to make of it and scared of what will be gleaned from it by the leadership in other countries. Regardless of how it all turns out, what happens down there has a serious impact on the rest of the world, including Canada.
Remember what Maya Angelou said, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.”
Read a magazine article the other day stating what Boomers should stop doing or having because those items/activities are totally unnecessary and antiquated. I was shocked but, I guess, it confirmed I am a true Boomer. There were some 200 or so items but,........
