Dog shooter Kristi Noem is probably out, but Trump still has many questionable people angling to be his veep
As the presidential primary season winds down, presumptive GOP nominee and guy-in-courtroom-sketches former President Donald Trump is looking for a vice presidential running mate.
Trump’s last veep, former Vice President Mike Pence, had a rather unpleasant experience at the end of his term, what with the hanging threat on Jan. 6 and all. Trump’s response: “Maybe he deserves it.”
Well, wannabe Trump VPs, form a line right here to be hanged should you ever get out of line. Since Trump values loyalty from everyone but himself, that doesn’t sound like a job any sane person would want.

Don’t worry, there are plenty of questionable people who would aspire to it.
Let’s start with self-confessed dog killer Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota, who is probably dropping fast in the veepstakes.
Noem has had a bad week or two. In her new book, she confesses to shooting her 14-month-old dog in a quarry because he was untrainable, so she asserts. Noem also writes that she had a staredown with North Korean leader (and a fine potential Trump vice presidential candidate) Kim Jong Un.
Interestingly, that meeting didn’t happen, which she blamed on bad editing. No, bad editing is misspelling Kim Jong Un’s name. Flagrant lying is saying she met him.
