How Reframing Loneliness Can Help You Manage It
Have you ever felt like no one understands you, despite having friends? Have you felt an emptiness or isolation even in social settings? Do you struggle to feel connected within your relationship? Do you feel like you lack a good supportive network of friends?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, loneliness may be touching your life in a way that reduces meaning and well-being. People in loving relationships are not immune to feelings of loneliness, but it does not need to mean those relationships are failures.
