The toxic atmosphere amongst away fans in the 3-1 loss on April 21 led to the sacking of head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup the next day following a run of six straight defeats.

Anthony Leeds, 57, emerged on the pitch while the match was in process before being removed by security staff and stewards.

Phone footage of his antics in the penalty area being defended by Millwall in front of the disgruntled Norwich fans was widely shared on social media including YouTube and TikTok.
