Man denies dangerous and careless driving over death of young teenage cyclist
James Durham, 54, was at the wheel of a Ford Ranger when it collided with 13-year-old Alfie Brown who was riding his bike at Swafield, near North Walsham.
The teen died at the scene from his injuries following the crash that happened at 6.30pm on August 10, 2023.
Durham, of Goodwin Road, Mundesley, pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving at Norwich Crown Court.

He also denied causing death by driving without due care and attention after this lesser charge was added to the indictment.
