Jahziah Harrison, 23, has been charged with the murder of Oliver Payne in Paragon Place, near Grapes Hill, in August 2024.

Despite the best efforts of emergency services, the 38-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of a single stab wound to the chest following an attack in broad daylight at the housing estate.

Harrison appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court having been arrested in France on July 6 and returned to the UK.
