Ryan Bensley, alongside his wife, Ellie, and his children, Mason and 11-week-old Freddie, attended Autumn Lights at the Norfolk Showground.

The first display, which began at around 7pm last Saturday, went smoothly before an issue during the second show at 9.15pm.

A spokeswoman for the Norfolk Showground said a "full investigation" has been launched following the incident.

The Bensley family was at the front of the crowd for the display, with Mason enjoying the spectacle right near the barrier.
