Fiona Roofe, who lives in Norwich, will be taking part in a three-day challenge that will be "one of the toughest I've ever done in my life" during the weekend before the August Bank Holiday, which is on Monday, August 25.

During the relentless 72 hours, Mrs Roofe will be swimming 15 miles, then on day two she will be cycling 74 miles, with the third day reserved for the 84-mile run.

She will be completing the marathon across the Norfolk Coastal Path with the 74-mile cycle going from Gorleston to Hunstanton.
