Mark Sutton, 46, admitted burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and going equipped for burglary.

It was after police used a stinger to stop the Mini Cooper after it was spotted being driven on Plumstead Road in Norwich, three hours after being taken during a break-in in Shotesham All Saints around 10 miles away.
