The man, who is in his 30s, was arrested after his Nissan Qashqai car hit a pedestrian on City Road, Norwich.

Pete Bambury, 64, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after the crash, which happened at 3.46pm on December 19, but has since died.

The motorist was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre........
