Christopher McCormack, 63, seriously sexually assaulted two girls - who cannot be identified for legal reasons.

The first was attacked between 1992 and 1998, while the second child was abused between 2006 and 2013.

Norwich Crown Court heard that although there was a "gap in his offending" McCormack, formerly of Campion Way in Sheringham, "didn't cease".

McCormack appeared in court for sentence on Thursday (January 30) after he was convicted following a trial in October last year of 25 sexual offences against the two victims.
