Clive Perrin, who has previously been involved with Sheringham Carnival, has gone on trial accused of sexual activity with the 14-year-old and sexual communication with a child in 2021 and 2022.

Norwich Crown Court has heard the 78-year-old had been messaging the teen - who cannot be identified for legal reasons - from mid 2021, with him asking if she ever had an orgasm and that he would buy her a sex toy.
