Canaries legend speaks out in support of ex-City player on trial in laughing gas case
Mr Eadie has written a character reference in support of Jamar Loza, who is on trial at Norwich Crown Court.
Darren Eadie in action for Norwich (Image: Newsquest) He said Loza, who was on the Canaries' books from 2013 to 2016, had helped teach young players "how to conduct themselves on and off the pitch", when the pair later worked together at Suffolk side Leiston.
Loza, who played for Norwich six times and scored once, was stopped twice by police within a week and found to have canisters of nitrous oxide - a class C drug - in the boot of his Mercedes car.

He has declined to give evidence in his defence but John Hurlock, defending, read out to the court........
