David Benbow, 40, was mooring up at Womack Water, near Ludham, earlier this week when he got involved in an altercation with another people on another vessel.

He says his 24ft Bayliner Buccaneer yacht was rammed by a man in a motor cruiser and that he suffered a volley of verbal abuse during the incident, at 7pm on Wednesday, September 3.
