Norfolk fire service criticised for taking part in Norwich Pride
Women's rights campaigners are urging the department to follow the example of Norfolk Constabulary which made the decision in the wake of a High Court ruling.
Both organisations have long been a fixture of the event, taking part in the parade and even decorating their emergency vehicles in rainbow colours.
But both have faced calls to halt their involvement in the wake of a High Court ruling that the chief of Northumbria Police had breached impartiality by encouraging officers to take part at last year's pride march in Newcastle.

This is because Pride events support highly contested gender ideology - the idea that the gender someone identifies as should take precedence over their biological sex.
Critics of this ideology say it is threatening to women and girls, for instance by removing single sex provisions, and say it is wrong for the emergency services to endorse it by........
