Norwich City Council has granted permission for the former Marsh office block's car park area to be used by drivers for 18 months.

The office block, Victoria House, has already been demolished to make way for more than 400 homes.

Zive Capital, which owns the Queen’s Road plot, is yet to submit its plans for the housing but it wants to use the car park area in order to generate revenue before the scheme can........
