Asylum hotel ruling leaves legal action unlikely for Norfolk councils
Court of Appeal judges have overturned a temporary injunction which blocked asylum seekers from being housed at the Bell Hotel in Epping, Essex, calling it "seriously flawed in principle".
The decision is a big win for the Home Office, which had been braced for a flurry of further legal challenges from councils across the country over the use of hotels in their areas.
