Christmas Day fall victim was not given head scan for six days
Paul Richard Smith, a retired roofing contractor from Park Lane, Norwich, died on January 23 aged 89 after slipping over on Christmas Day.
He had suffered a subdural haematoma as a result of the head injury.

An investigation at Norfolk Coroner's Court heard widower Mr Smith fell backwards from a standing position onto a tiled floor.
He sustained a three-centimetre wound to the back of his head which bled heavily as he was taking aspirin.
In a statement read before area coroner Yvonne Blake, family members said they believed imaging should have been carried out when he attended the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital’s emergency department on........
