Son of man murdered in broad daylight on city street demands justice for family
Last August, city folk living in Paragon Place were rocked by tragedy after Oliver Payne, 38, was murdered in the street in broad daylight.
The fatal stabbing happened in front of horrified neighbours and passers-by on a warm evening on August 2.
The killer fled the scene, off Earlham Road, and has managed to evade justice for more than a year.
Now, the man's son, Ollie Payne, is demanding that police step-up and do more to catch his father's killer.

The 18-year-old, who lives in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, described the impact his father’s murder has had.
He said: "Obviously I could never get over the death, but I would not sit here thinking all the bad things I do like ‘why is he walking about and my dad is not?’
"It would take a lot of weight off our shoulders.
"I guess I don't think [the police] have actually........
