Sylwia Pasierbiak has taken up the mantle at Out of the Blue cafe in Waterloo Road after its previous owners decided to move on - fulfilling her dream of running a cafe.

She hopes to transform the familiar blue spot by adding a Polish twist to the menu and giving the place a makeover.
