Is the cost of tickets for Norwich Castle putting people off visiting?
While the reopening of the keep has been a point of celebration, renovation costs of more than £27 million and inflated ticket prices means opinions are split.
But Dr Robin Hanley, the project director, defended the increase.
He said: "The new ticket prices recognise that what we have here is a really significant offer for people.
"We think the price, compared to lots of other attractions, is really competitive.
"It matches the offer we have at Gressenhall and we offer free admission to various people, such as those on means-tested benefits."
