Historic building said to be built from sunken Spanish Armada ships to be transformed
But now, Garsett House between Cinema City and the Halls in Princes Street, is to be given a new lease of life.
Plans lodged by landlord Dan Trivedi to transform the building from vacant offices into a four bedroom house have been approved by City Hall.
