The waterfront site on Kings Street, which stretches from 125 to 133, has appeared for sale as City Hall is due to make a decision on a developer's bid for 55 new homes on the land by the River Wensum.

Concerns were raised by conservationists over the scheme submitted to Norwich City Council by Norwich River earlier this year over the historical significance of the land.
