The incident involved a woman in her 50s who was hit by an "unattended" van in Aylsham Road at 7.20pm on Thursday.

A parked car was also hit in the collision.

A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary said: "The owner of the van is assisting officers with their enquiries."

The woman was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment.
