Bartlomiej Kuczynski killed Jasmin and Natasha, aged 12 and eight, and their 36-year-old aunt, Kanticha Sukpengpanao, on January 19, 2024. Afterwards, he took his own life.

Now, an investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) has found that a Norfolk Police call handler has a case to answer for misconduct.
