New bid submitted for a massive digital billboard despite its previous rejection

Advertising firm, InSchool Media, had its say on Norwich City Council's previous decision to reject a 10ft high by 20ft wide "digital poster" at the junction in Mile Cross Lane.

Despite both the council and Norfolk County Council's Highways raising concerns the billboard would distract drivers and cause "significant" risk to safety - the company disagrees.

Arcitek, agents on behalf of InSchool Media, appealed the previous decision saying: "The proposed signage is located away from a traffic junction and will directly replace the
existing signage.

"The size, height and location will replicate the existing.
