Indian street food vendor coming to city food hall
Theekha by Waaghoba will launch at Yalm in Norwich's Royal Arcade on Thursday, May 7.
Waaghoba has been offering takeaways from Colman Road for four years, and has become known for its Indian bento boxes.

The Theeka project has been in the works for some time and the menu, created for Yalm, will include traditional curries and thali, along with grilled meats with super fresh ingredients of varying spice levels.
"You can expect everything from 12-hour slow-braised lamb shank to street food ‘Chit Chatters’, and we want to show that traditional Indian cooking can be both timeless and cutting edge," Swpanil Pradhan, founder of Teekha, said.

"We have been talking to these guys for some time," Dan Searle, operations director at Yalm, added.
"We love their food and we are over the moon that we have made the timings work for us all on a pop-up.
"We are confident this will be a fantastic addition to the existing kitchens at Yalm and we are extremely excited about what these guys have in store."

Theekha will replace SSAM from the Cabin, keeping eight kitchens in operation at Yalm.
The pop-up will open daily from midday to 10pm and is set to run through until August.
