Fly-tipping cases lead to almost £1,000 in fines
The first case happened after a bereaved family paid a man to clear a flat in Norwich.
Instead of disposing of the items safely, he dumped them in Weston Longville.
This decision saw him being handed a fixed penalty notice of £320.
Another incident came when a group of individuals approached a Norwich-based business and offered to dispose of its commercial waste.
The business paid for the service, but the waste was not handled correctly and was later found dumped in........
