Catherine Taylor welcomed Daisy into her Norwich home in the summer of 2023.

The 42-year-old charity worker remembers Daisy being a "cuddly and playful" kitten until she fell ill.

Just after her first birthday, Daisy stopped eating and started having shaking fits.

She eventually lost the use of her back legs which Ms Taylor and her housemate Fiona said was "heartbreaking" to see.
