Danny Tanti, who is a lifelong NCFC supporter, assisted Jonny Human, 47, in launching the anonymous voice note sharing site called Say It Lad.

Mr Tanti, 43, from Norwich, said, “Both of us have struggled with our mental health

“I’ve always been an anxious person.

“Losing my mum last year was the catalyst for me.

“Jonny had his own struggles too, which led to suicidal thoughts”.
