Rachel Drozd, who owns Flour & Bean cafe in Colman Road, bid farewell to her customers in 2020 when she was forced to shut due to the Covid lockdowns.

She explained that “the economic situation made it really hard for the cafe to remain open”.

After its closure Ms Drozd said she “decided to repurpose the shop as a finishing room for cakes and pastries”.
