Sarah Wong, the owner of Black Dog Teas, a Norwich-based loose-leaf tea merchant, has announced that a new tea bar will be opening at Biddy's in Lower Goat Lane.

The business, established in 2018, has been hosting tea blending workshops at the site, which Ms Long said have been "very successful".
