Sanders Coaches has acquired H Semmence & Co, a coach business based in Wymondham.

The acquisition will see Semmence’s operations move to Sanders’ new Bessemer Road depot in Norwich and will include the majority of Semmence staff, who will now join the Sanders team.

Martin Sanders, business manager at Sanders Coaches, said: "We are delighted to complete the purchase of the H Semmence & Co business.
