Bishop's Dining Room and Wine Bar in St Andrews Hill, Norwich, remains open and operating under the management of Alessandro Tranquillo.

However, he believes that a Francis Darrah Chartered Surveyors sign reading "investment for sale" on the outside of the building is driving customers to think that he has closed the business.

"My customers are confused," Mr Tranquillo said. "I've had tonnes of people asking if we are closing.
