Murdered pensioner bled to death, inquest hears

Terry McFadyen, 71, was pronounced dead at the property in Layer Close, Bowthorpe, on Monday morning after police and paramedics were called to the address.

Another man, Moses Fernandes, 22, a lodger at the house, has been charged with his murder.

An inquest into death of Mr McFadyen, which opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court on Thursday, heard the provisional medical cause of death was hypovolaemic shock - blood loss - due to multiple stab wounds.
