Arthur Naylor died at his home in Pockthorpe Gate, Norwich, on February 25.

The 83-year-old had been found unresponsive by ambulance workers after his neighbour, Gordon Burrell, became concerned for his welfare.

Mr Burrell, also a friend of 26 years, had spoken to him that morning to ask if he needed anything from the shops.

But when he returned later, at around 6pm, there was no answer at the door.
