Struck-off doctor who made hundreds of errors fails in bid to return to practice

Ioannis Tosoundis, a former pathologist who previously worked as a locum at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, was stripped of his medical licence in 2014.

The investigation at the time centred around his work at the N&N and at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge and found that he made mistakes in 228 out of 713 cases between August and October 2011.
