The Norfolk and Suffolk ICB (integrated care board) is set to be formed in April next year from the planned merger of Norfolk and Waveney ICB with its equivalent in Suffolk.

Ahead of the merger, Ed Garratt has been appointed chief executive designate of the new organisation.
