Court to find out if car crash victim received infected blood decades before death

James Stalker died in September last year at the age of 69, dying suddenly in his home in Ormesby St Margaret, near Great Yarmouth.

Mr Stalker, known to his loved ones as Geoff, discovered he was positive for Hepatitis C in 1992, after taking part in a blood donation scheme through his employer.

Three years earlier, he had received a blood transfusion at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N) after being involved in a serious car........
