'Me too moment' at Norfolk football club sparked probe into girls' coach
Josh Roper, a former coach for North Walsham Town's girls' team, is facing a potential teaching ban after allegations of "inappropriate" behaviour towards a number of teenage players.
Mr Roper spent a number of years coaching at the club, which counts England and Manchester City star Lauren Hemp among its former players.
He has since been accused of misconduct towards a number of young teenage girls he coached there, including sending shirtless photographs, "inappropriate" touching and "suggestive" messages.
During the second day of a Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) misconduct panel, the club's former chairman revealed that when a player first came forward about Mr Roper it sparked a "me too" moment - with others finding the confidence to raise concerns.
