Questions raised over work to fix 'inadequate' speed bumps built too low

Neighbours living on Mousehold Avenue continue to be sceptical over their newly installed safety measures, which Norfolk County Council commissioned at a cost of £7,336.

After the council discovered the traffic calming bumps were not built to specification, contractors were sent back and finished the job at no additional cost to the council.

Despite this, neighbours are still feeling unsure about their efficacy.
