Plans revealed for alterations to historic city street
Castle Chambers, where solicitors work, could get work done to its entrance door if Norwich City Council give the plans their seal of approval.
It overlooks a statue of abolitionist Amelia Opie.

The firm's planning statement says: "It has apparently been continuously occupied by the same firm up to the present day.
"It retains many original features that provide evidence of a comprehensive scheme of design and decoration."
The building is located on Opie Street, where a statue of the woman after which it was named still stands.
