City folk in Old Catton, near Norwich Airport, fear the impact 338 homes will have on their local services and are calling for more GP and dentist surgeries to be built sooner rather than later.

The designs, lodged by Persimmon Homes, are part of the first phase of a bigger project, known as Beeston Park development, which will result in 3,500 homes built north of Norwich.
