Neighbours fear bid for more rooms at HMO will cause traffic chaos
More than 20 neighbours have shared their concerns with Norwich City Council, saying the bid to increase the number of rooms at the property in Poplar Avenue, a cul-de-sac off Newmarket Road, would be a "further danger to pedestrians and other vehicles".
One person said: "Poplar Avenue has been chosen by its residents as a quiet road. The likely increase in traffic is not going to be welcome.
"In addition, it is already very difficult sometimes to turn right out of the Avenue onto Newmarket Road.
"There is the possibility that at rush hour times........
